New parts are always fun…

I got my new RC heli rotor-head. The stock one was plastic, and the aftermarket upgrades could only be bought one at a time, totaling over 160 bucks!

This one was designed for a higher-end heli, but the shaft size is the same, and the dimensions are just shy of being stock. I only needed a few adjustments to center all the parts. The best part…it only cost 60 bucks…less than half of what the stock upgrade was going to cost!

Now it’s time to get the anti-rotation bracket made and mounted, finish adjusting the servo links, and get the blades installed and tracked correctly.
